Who are we?
L & D Catering Inc. is physically located at 4 E. High St., Carlisle PA. We are a full service caterer that can handle any off premises event. We also have concessions stands located under the main grand stand at the Carlisle car show. We have another kitchen located in the Carlisle Expo Center where we do concessions as well as cater events.

Education: Received a Bachelors of Science from Lebanon Valley College in Hotel Management, with a focus on restaurant management.
Related Experience: Worked for the Embers Hotel, the Hershey Lodge, and was the Assistant Manager at Kosta”s Restaurant prior to establishing L & D catering Inc.
Seraphim (Lenny) LaskowskiOwner / Executive Chef
Education: Attended Culinary Arts Classes at HACC
Related Experience: Worked in kitchens since the age of 15, worked for Cumberland Crossings Retirement Community as the Director of Dining and Catering Services prior to opening L & D Catering Inc.
